"Handshake failed" error during Artec Leo login

Issue: When attempting to log into your account on the Artec Leo, the "Handshake failed" error message is displayed.

 

Cause: A firewall or proxy is preventing the Leo from communicating with the Artec License Server.

 

Solutions:

1. Your internet access might be restricted by company network policies. Contact your network administrator and notify him of the following requirements:

The IP address of my.artec3d.com is 3.120.133.146. JSON requests of all types (POST, GET, PUT, DELETE, PATCH, both multipart and simple) must be allowed to my.artec3d.com and its IP address.

2. Switch to a different (unrestricted) internet connection or use your smartphone as a WiFi hotspot.
