Artec Studio does not start with the following error messages: "Can't read algorithm settings" and "Failed to load real-time settings"
These errors indicate that the software settings have been corrupted and cannot be read correctly by the application. This causes Artec Studio crashes/ does not start properly/ terminates. In order to get the application working properly please follow the steps below:
1) Make sure the application is not running.
2) Open the hidden folder located in the following directory: C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Artec\Artec Studio XX\The applicable version (e.g. "220.127.116.11").
3) Remove all files associated with user settings (e.g "user_settings_Spider_S", etc).
4) Run the application to restore the default settings.
