Even if your Artec Studio project was partially corrupted owing to HDD failure or a virus, it is still possible to recover it.
Several smart recovery tools have been added to Artec Studio version 10.1.2.13. which can restore partially corrupted projects when loading the project.
First of all, please try opening your project in this version. It will automatically extract and recover as many frames as possible from your raw 3D scan(s).
Note: Artec Studio 11 uses the same recovery tool, so you can try opening your project in this version as well.
If this does not solve the problem or you work with older versions of Artec Studio (8 & 9), then please use the PDF instructions attached to the article. In most cases you will be able to successfully extract the data using any kind of archiving software (WinZIP, WinRAR, 7Zip, etc).
