Please note that Artec scanners of CD, SL, M2, DS, AI, BS and LS series, which were manufactured in 2009-2012 and are discontinued now, are not supported in Windows 8 / Windows 10.
Depending on exact hardware configuration of your PC:
- They may work in usual way.
- They may work with special USB extender (please contact our support team for more information).
- They may not be detected by OS at all.
That's why we strongly recommend to use these particular scanners with Windows 7.
Note: Artec Studio 11 and 12 do not install drivers for these scanners by default, however, you can install them manually using this instruction.
