If you would like to log out of the Artec Installation Center application or re-login using different credentials, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Navigate to the Windows Control Panel, select Folder options (in Windows 7) or File Explorer Options (in Windows 10). In the View tab, enable the Show hidden files, folders and drives tick box.
Locate the hidden folder C:\Users\[your Windows user name]\AppData\Roaming\Artec\Artec Installation Center. Inside this folder, delete the files aic.dat and cache.ini.
Launch the Artec Installation Center application (For quick access, simply hit the Windows key on your keyboard and type Artec).
After a brief delay, you will see the login window appear. Type in your Artec login information (note: your email address is your login).
The Artec Installation Center application will launch, and all scanners and software associated with the credentials that you entered will be displayed.
In case you need to activate a software license or a scanner, simply click the Activate button in the corresponding row.
